As a seasoned mortgage professional it is my job to educate the buyer and present options based on their specific needs and scenerio. My attention to detail, sense of urgency and hospitality mentality seperates me from other Loan Officers in our industry. Our depth of products, aggressive rates and World Class Service seperates us from other banks.

At Northpoint, we have a dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable underwriters and processors, which allows many of our loans being underwritten in house with much faster turn times. We are a direct lender not a broker.

We offer many products including conventional, FHA, VA or USDA, Ma. Housing, Construction, Rehab, HELOCS, and Jumbo Loans to name a few, and each provides solutions to different situations. We also have the ability to help you repair and increase your credit score to provide the best products for you. Sometimes we see vast improvements for small increases in credit scores. I'll take the time to look at it all with you and get you the best product we can.

Once I understand your specific scenario I will do all that I can to outline the various loan options availble for you and your family and do all that I can to lead you down the path of least resistance.
